• We accept returns for eligible items within 14 of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Customs duties, VAT, or import fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.
• If an international order is refused due to unpaid customs or import fees, the package may be returned to us. In these cases, we cannot guarantee a refund.
We always recommend checking your country’s customs rules before placing an international order to avoid any surprises.
Returns are only accepted if:
• The wrong item or size was sent by us.
• The item arrived damaged or defective.
Returns based on fit, personal preference, or change of mind are not accepted.
