WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS, VAT, OR DUTIES? 📦

If you live outside of Norway, your order may be subject to customs, VAT or import fees charged by your country once the package arrives. These are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the customer´s responsibility. Please not that these charges are not refundable by Pretty Little Pink.

Please check with your local customs office for details. These fees are not collected or controlled by us.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? ✈️🌍

-Norway, Denmark & Sweden: 1-6 business days.

-Europe: 2-14 business days.

-United Kingdom: 7-14 business days.

-USA: 7-20 business days.

Please note that some orders may take a bit longer than estimated, especially for international deliveries.

HOW DO I WASH MY HOODIE? 🧼🫧

To keep your hoodie looking their best:

-Turn the hoodie inside out before washing.

-Wash cold on a gentle cycle.

-DO NOT bleach.

-Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat.

-Iron inside out if needed. Avoid ironing directly on the design.

WHAT MATERIAL ARE THE HOODIES MADE OF? 🫶🏻

•Fairy Sunset: 85% cotton and 15% Polyester.

•Marie Bow: 100% cotton.

Both designed to be soft, breathable, and durable. The embroidery adds a unique and long-lasting finish.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS? 📅📫

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Returns are only accepted if:

• The wrong item or size was sent by us.

• The item arrived damaged or defective. If this is the case, please notify us within 48h of receiving your order. Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Returns based on fit, personal preference, or change of mind are not accepted. Please double-check our size chart before placing your order.
