If you live outside of Norway, your order may be subject to customs, VAT or import fees charged by your country once the package arrives. These are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the customer´s responsibility. Please note that these charges are not refundable by Pretty Little Pink.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? ✈️🌍

-Norway, Denmark & Sweden: 1-6 business days.

-Europe: 2-14 business days.

-United Kingdom: 7-14 business days.

-USA: 7-20 business days.

Please note that some orders may take a bit longer than estimated, especially for international deliveries.

HOW DO I WASH MY HOODIE? 🧼🫧

To keep your hoodie looking its best:

-Turn the hoodie inside out before washing.

-Wash cold on a gentle cycle.

-DO NOT bleach.

-Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat.

-Iron inside out if needed. Avoid ironing directly on the design.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS? 📅📫

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

CLAIMS FOR DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Even if the right of withdrawal does not apply, you still have the right to make a complaint if the product is defective or faulty, in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven).

If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable period of time and provide supporting documentation (such as photographs).

If this is the case, the item needs to be returned to us and after we receive it you will be refunded to your original payment method.
