Because our shop is based in Norway (outside the EU), orders shipped internationally may be subject to import VAT and customs handling fees when they arrive in your country.

These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are set by your local customs office. The fees must be paid by the customer in order for the package to be delivered.

We know surprise charges are frustrating, so we want to be upfront about this. If you’re unsure what fees might apply, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
