WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS, VAT, OR DUTIES? 📦

If you live outside of Norway, your order may be subject to customs, VAT or import fees charged by your country once the package arrives. These are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the customer´s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for details. These fees are not collected or controlled by us.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? ✈️🌍

-Scandinavia (Norway, Sweden, Denmark): 1-6 business days.

-Europe: 2-14 business days.

-United Kingdom: 7-14 business days.

-Canada: 7-20 business days.

Please note that some orders may take a bit longer than estimated, especially for international deliveries.

HOW DO I WASH MY HOODIE? 🧼🫧

To keep your hoodie looking their best:

-Turn the hoodie inside out before washing.

-Wash cold on a gentle cycle.

-DO NOT bleach.

-Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat.

-Iron inside out if needed. Avoid ironing directly on the design.

WHAT MATERIAL ARE THE HOODIES MADE OF? 🫶🏻

85% cotton and 15% Polyester, designed to be soft, breathable, and durable. The embroidery adds a unique and long-lasting finish.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS? 📅📫

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect. 

At this time, we unfortunately cannot offer exchanges for size changes if you simply changed your mind. Please double-check our size guide before placing your order.
